High School Program Specialist

About Momentum Education

Momentum Education is a nonprofit focused on one outcome: helping first-generation, low-income students successfully transition to and complete post-secondary education that leads to a living-wage career. We do this through: SAT preparation, college and financial aid advising, and ongoing post-secondary support.

About the Role

This is a high-ownership, execution-heavy role at the center of our High School Program. You will work directly with the Executive Director and play a key role in:

  • Training and supporting High School Advisors

  • Building and improving our advising systems

  • Ensuring high-quality execution across schools

  • Owning key outputs that impact student outcomes

The High School Program is foundational to our mission and growth. This role is not supporting from the sidelines — you will be deeply involved in the day-to-day execution and improvement of a program that serves hundreds of students and is rapidly scaling. If you prefer a role with a clear playbook of how to accomplish tasks, this is not the role.
