OUR VISION
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to provide academic, financial, and career resources to ensure first-generation, low-income students get into college, graduate from college, and enter the workforce.
OUR PROGRAMS
HIGH SCHOOL FELLOWSHIP

Academic Resources: Feedback on College Application Essays and Connections to Summer Programs.

Career Resources: Feedback on College Application Essays and Connections to Summer Programs.

Financial Resources: Connections to Scholarships for college.
COLLEGE FELLOWSHIP
Academic Resources: Mentorship from an upperclassmen during freshman and sophomore years of college. The mentor is on the same college campus as the mentee and meets with the mentee twice per month.
Career Resources: Mentorship from a Young Professional during junior and senior years of college. The mentor is in the same career field the mentee wants to enter and meets with the mentee once per month.
Financial Resources: Stipend of $200 every semester of college provided the student maintains a 3.0 GPA and remains active in their respective mentorship.
ALUMNI FELLOWSHIP
Career Support: Twice a year check-ins to ensure the alum is succeeding in their career or graduate school.
Volunteer Opportunity: Engaging the alum to serve as Young Professional mentor, Career Exploration speaker, or Essay reader.
