Our vision is to help first-generation, low-income students achieve upward economic and social mobility.
Our mission is to provide academic, financial, and career resources to ensure first-generation, low-income students get into college, graduate from college, and enter the workforce.
Career Exposure (10th Grade)
Program: Online career webinars and in-person industry-based panel discussions.
Career Discovery (11th Grade)
Program: In-person field trips and help finding and applying to summer programs.
College Preparation (12th Grade)
Program: Feedback on college application essays and help finding and applying to scholarships.
College Transition (Freshman Year of College)
Program: Mentorship from an upperclassmen on-campus and an annual $200 stipend.
College Persistence (Sophomore Year of College)
Program: Mentorship from an upperclassmen on-campus and an annual $200 stipend.
Career Preparation (Junior Year of College)
Program: Mentorship from an Young Professional and an annual $500 stipend.
Career Success (Senior Year of College)
Program: Mentorship from an Young Professional and an annual $500 stipend.
ALUMNI FELLOWSHIP
Career Support: Twice a year check-ins to ensure the alum is succeeding in their career or graduate school.
Volunteer Opportunity: Engaging the alum to serve as Young Professional mentor, Career Exploration speaker, or Essay reader.
